The Masters of Elemental Forces

1. General concepts:

1.1. The Clan was formed by a group of players in order to defend their common interests in HeroesLands, to aid each other and to achieve the higher mastery in HeroesLands tournaments altogether.

1.2.The motto of a clan - "We play for fun and not for buying a cow".

1.3. The Clan consists of 5 members:

Sir Navuchodonosor – Titan,  the Water Master of Heroes Lands (Clan Leader);
Lady Pups – Sprite, the Chocolate Master of Heroes Lands of Might and Magic;
Lady Ash  – Archangel, the Air Master of Heroes Lands of Might and Magic;
Sir Alssil– Archmage, the Fire Master of Heroes Lands of Might and Magic;
Sir Veanner – Grand Elf, the Earth Master of Heroes Lands of Might and Magic.

1.4. Clan members cannot challenge each other in duels.

1.5. All the Clan members recognize the supreme authority of the Clan leader.

1.6. The Clan leader carries out the general management and represents the Clan during any official negotiations.

1.7. Clan members can exchange feuds freely, although the exchange of feuds cannot contradict the conditions, listed in the Main tourney Rules - it means, that the feud transmission to another player must not lead to the transfer of the player from High to Common league. Thus, a Clan member, having 1 or 5 feuds (the Magister’s feud isn’t being taken onto account) cannot transfer any feud to other Clan members.

1.8. Clan members undertake to keep the information, considered secret, for internal use only.

1.9. The Clan can co-operate with others clans and organisations in HeroesLands.

1.10. The Clan terminates its existence:
- if all the Clan members lose their feuds;
- if at least four of the Clan members have voted for the termination of the clan;
- following the reasonable order of Supreme Magister.

2. Making decisions:

2.1. In general case all the important decisions are being made by Clan Council. In case of equality of votes the vote of the Clan Leader is considered crucial.

2.2. In case of necessity the Clan Leader has the right to change the order of making decisions, but before he does something like that he has to inform other Clan members about this decision and about the motives, that made him doing that.

2.3. The Clan Leader discloses all the decisions (in case of such necessity).

2.4. Each Clan member has the right of presenting projects and offers onto consideration by other Clan members.

2.5. The voting for exception of Clan member from the clan (or for acceptance of a new Clan member into the clan) will be considered valid if not less than three members of the clan have voted positively.
